A member of our team will contact you once a referral is received from your treating doctor. Alternatively, you can contact reception directly on (07) 3859 0690 during office hours, Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm.

For your first appointment, please bring along your medicare card, medication list (including allergies), relevant medical information and reports of investigations attended so far.

Seeing a cancer doctor for the first time can sometimes be overwhelming. You are welcome to bring along a support person.

If you are having a telehealth consultation for the first time, please make sure you have your medication list and relevant medical information.

All patients are welcome upon referral by their general practitioner or treating specialist.

Kindly provide relevant clinical information including medical history, medication list and relevant investigation reports e.g. results of biopsies, scan reports and other diagnostic studies.

Telehealth and phone consultations are bulk-billed for everyone with a valid medicare card.

​We are committed to providing our patients with exceptional and affordable care.

We have access to private health insurance with all health funds. Doctor’s fee for consultation on the same day as infusional treatment will be charged directly to your health fund and you will not incur an out-of-pocket cost.

If you do not have private health insurance, we can organize a cost estimate for self-funded treatment.
